This is a great place to live. They keep the grounds looking great and if you do need maintenance, it is quick. I had six packages from Amazon delivered to the office one day. I went to pick them up and Cameron, the office manager, without hesitation, offered to take the to my apartment. I am a little up in age and live on the third floor. It was so appreciated!
Pros: The apartment complex is small and quiet. The maintenance staff respond and fix jobs quickly. Cons: ***THESE APARTMENTS HAVE BLACK MOLD AND THE LEASING OFFICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF YOU LIVE HERE YOUR HEALTH WILL DECLINE*** The leasing office has a high turnover and is unprofessional. The apartments have black mold, which has caused health issues for my family and I. The leasing manager lies that he will fix the problem and then goes back on his word and does nothing to resolve the problem. They think throwi... read more
