Disappointing staff. They added a late fee onto my rent on july the 4th when its not soppsed to be until the 7th, and after me emailing and calling for multiple days i got no answer. The new managemet is ridiculous and we will most likely be filing a lawsuit because after days of no communication they did not fix our account.
The maintenance team John and Michael did an amazing job. They coordinated with a vendor to address my issue in a timely manner. Thank you.
