Great value for the money. Best part of staying at this property is how close it is to downtown Lake Geneva. We parked our car right at the hotel and just walked everywhere.

This is not the Milk Creek of old. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the course of 20+ years. It was truly one of my favorite places to stay because of the location and room comfort. Now under new management, the establishment has declined tremendously. There was a ginormous crack in the floor of our room. Little to no maintenance of the rooms. Stayed at the end of last month. Overall, the accommodations were decent, however we did run into two disappointing issues during our stay. 1.) Shower/tub drain issue: The shower/tub did not drain properly while showering, causing the tub to fill up as we were trying to get cleaned up. Unfortunately, by the time we went to use the shower it was already late, so we didn’t want to request maintenance at that hour. 2.)
