I am writing this review to provide a truthful, thorough, and transparent account of my experience frequently visiting a tenant at Mill Creek Garden Apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. My family and I endured unsafe and unsanitary conditions that were not only inhumane but also in direct violation of multiple housing codes and tenant rights laws. This place is great to live, it's very safe and quiet. I have two concerns, parking for my guest and keeping the laundry room clean. I wish your decision about not give us guest parking pass should be reconsiderd. There is no place to park on the road. The cleaning person doesn't clean the laundryroom, machines are dirty and also the floor. Thanks
