Great apartments and great staff! Both Mary Anne and Falon are very friendly and made our move easy. They were able to help us with the process every step of the way and we loved how quickly they were able to move us in. Mill Creek Flats has a lot to offer and they are very welcoming of pets! No breed restrictions and no weight limits. We are extremely happy that we chose a great place to live.
They raised rent just to re-do parking lot and paint the buildings and put in new steps. Whats the point when the whole complex needs to be knocked down and re-built. Lived there for six years and I pretty much fixed things on my own because they could never fix anything right the first time. The apartments are not worth what you have to pay and for things to not get done right or not at all! NOT WORTH THE RENT!
