We have had horrible wait times here. Plan on waiting at least an hour even when you have an appointment on the regular side. You can wait the upwards of two hours on the urgent care side. Dr. Vickery is very kind and knowledgeable, but her staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude and unprofessional. Also, if you need a general check-up plan on not being able to get an appointment for 3-6 months out. The office is freezing, so bring a jacket. Not a great experience.

Never take your child there... I was not allowed to go back with my 14 year old daughter after repeated requests, who expressed her wishes to have me with her. Their privacy policy is that anyone 14 and over it is up to the provider when or if the parent is allowed to reunite with their child. This place is a great place and apparently the fake person who decided to post a comment each month with a different user name apparently has a personal vendetta and hiding behind a computer writing fake comments. Keep up the great work as this place is always a wonderful place to go and my wait time is next to nothing.

...if your going to see Dr. Vickery, don't waste your time! The nurse practitioner is wonderful. The office says to be there 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You get there 15 mins prior, wait for maybe 10/15 mins, get called in and wait on the Dr. for 1 hour and half to two hours before she comes in to talk to you. Not very professional. I wouldn't let my dog go and see her.

I had an apointment at 4:30PM, arrived at the office at 4:00PM, got admited by the nurse around 4:15PM and waited for the doctor until 6:00PM to arrive. By the time I walked out since there was no reason for my time to be spent on waiting on Dr Wickery to show up. Her time seems to be more valuable to her than my time. The greed of scheduling the appointmets every 15 min, my appointment was last, is more important for this doctor than my time or health. I will never return to this office again.

I would never return to this place. WoW how rude can these people be. Don't they know I am paying them. Overall the worst urgent care place I have ever been to. If I were you I would not go to this place. I would get them a minus 5 stars if I could.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vickery's for nearly 7 years. I knew from the first visit that I was in good hands. She's gone through some tough times with me. She always takes the time to know what is going on with me. I always get the time I need. Her staff is always attentive and professional. I just can't say enough about Dr. Vickery. The consummate caregiver. Thank yo

Dr. Hefner is amazing. I went in for a minor injury. I liked the Dr. so much he is now my primary. I have a number of serious chronic illnesses and he is very flexible with coordinating care.

We love this clinic. Dr. Vickery is awesome. Very compassionate and great with kids. We go there with our 4 sick kids instead of our normal pediatrician. They charge doctor's visit prices instead of emergency room prices like many after hours places do. They are very thorough and take even a small fever very seriously.
