All 5 of my family are customers of MCFEC, for years now, and have never had a bad experience here. The employees are kind, thoughtful, patient, helpful, and welcoming to our kids, who can get bored easily. The doctors explain everything to our satisfaction and make sure we understand what’s going on. They help us to find affordable and comfortable hardware. 10/10 rating from us!
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The doctor was through and polite. The whole process was quick and easy.

We've been going here for about 6 years. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the exam rooms! We'll never go anywhere else.
Overall the service was fantastic. The exam was quick and well executed and the help finding glasses at the end of my appointment was great. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is that the gal working behind the glasses area reception desk was pretty unprofessional. Listening to music on her phone or something like that and also doing her makeup at the desk. She also was basically yelling across the room to one of the other ladies who worked there. Aside from that everything was wonderful!
