In the past, I have always been a happy customer with Mill Creek Dental. I encouraged my husband to go to them because of Dr. Ann, her former Office Mgr. and the staff. BUT now it seems things have changed in the office regarding how insurance is handled and the customer is informed. Office Mgr. just wondering do you not ask the NORMAL QUESTIONS when the patient signs in such as.. has YOUR INSURANCE CHANGED, ADDRESS OR HEALTH?
