I give Mill Creek Apartments a 5 star review mainly due to our manager Asha Smith! We have lived here 2 different times now and by far she is the BEST manager we have ever had! She cares about her people and considers us her family away from home. We have monthly parties in the clubhouse that are so much fun. In fact, Asha had the get together for the Eclipse and it was a blast. The property is kept very clean. If something needs fixed, it is taken care of in a timely manner. If Asha ever leaves, so do we!

Property review Environment felt safe; property manager Asia or Asiah was remarkably helpful. She explained the leasing contracts, move-in dates, amenities etc. I was more pleased with the property manager than I was the property. I had a change of heart about renting an apartment, but had I decided to rent I would have definitely chosen this property.

Please don’t do. The lack of communication and maintenance problem it is not worth the cost.

Today is June 15th. My AIR CONDITIONER unit has been out since June 3rd. Still waiting for the repair. 😕👎👎👎😡
Management does NOT care about the residents. You are nothing but a rent check to them. The manager made promises about when work would be completed or how long rent would stay the same and would later deny having ever made such promises. Rent goes up frequently, but you never see any improvements for your extra money. The speed bumps will damage your vehicle, and the parking lot is full of cracks and holes. They are supposed to treat for pests and change air filters every 3 months, but there were times this went over a year... read more
