Nice location but, I looked into this place but saw lots of cats roaming around. Smell of cat urine and weed in the air. And No washer/dryer in unit. For this amount of rent a W/D should be in each unit. I personally don’t want to pay extra to wash my clothes, sheets, comforters bi weekly in machines that people use to wash their pet blankets and beddings in.
I lived at Mill Creek apartments for 3 years, and it was a great experience. The property manager was super helpful and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff were also very prompt with maintenance requests - the top of my toilet tank cracked and they replaced the whole toilet within like a day or so which was great. The pool was not open for the first summer I lived there, but the past year it was open with a lifeguard schedule for the summer months - I brought my niece there and she loved it. A very nice place in a great area of Albany NY close by many things. Management and maintenance guy is very awesome people and always available for assistance. I lived for a year but have to move out due to job relocating. If coming back to East Greenbush pretty much Mill Creek apartments is my ONLY option to live there.
