Absolutely poor, as the other reviews stated, the land lady is a absolutely rude individual. I left in good standing with them, my entire 200 dollar deposit was ate up (in which \$55 is agreed at signing to madatory carpet cleaning). she charged an additional 80 dollars towards "mandatory wiping of walls, windows and baseboards" and no joke, 6 dollars for 2 light bulbs. Very unprofessional, very rude, i do not recommend this place.
tThe Landlord is extremely rude. Not to mention she is always chewing gum and it makes a HORRIBLE farting noise. She was not helpful when we were trying to get a conflict between the people below us and our self resolved. She used fail language in front of my young son. She takes peoples sides. Right before we moved out we started getting roaches and ants, er noticed them coming in from the closets (we are very clean people, the people that were below us however were not). crappy place to live. i moved in there right after moving out of my parents and thought it would be a nice little place to start out on my own...NO the land lady is like a nagging wife. the apartments are decent but u cant keep them cool in the summer with out racking up a huge electric bill. the neighbors were decent just loud and u can always hear when someone is comming up the stairs.
