I have lived at Mill Creek for two years and it has gone downhill this past year. The pool has been filled with litter, debris, and algae since September. I just love the green glow at night I can see outside my window. They will just leave large pieces of debris from the buildings lying around for days. The dog park is a joke! The fence has huge gaps in it so my 30+ pound dog can get out and run off. I have even seen a Great Dane squeeze under the fence. They will even leave bags of pet waste lying out over night. My daughter and I just moved in a couple of months ago and like everybody knows moving is stressful and crazy every request that I had was fulfilled immediately and the women in the office are beyond amazing. I feel like I’m chatting with friends whenever I go in. My daughter and I are very happy with our new apartment and it’s already starting to feel like home. Thanks to the amazing people working here!!
We lived at Mill Creek for two years. I can definitely say all the employees are absolutely amazing! I rarely had to put in a maintenance request. If I did put in a request, it was taken care of ASAP. If you have a dog, definitely take them by the office to see Leah and Brandi. My dog Bruno loved going to get treats and scratches! Mill Creek also has a dog park, which was great to let Bruno get all of his energy out. The apartments are very spacious!! Staff is kind and friendly but the water is constantly shut off for "emergency maintenance". The pool is closed randomly with no explanation. The "gym" consists mostly of non-working cardio equipment. Would not recommend to anyone.
