My wife and I just attended the roasting 101 class. We own other businesses but starting a new venture in the coffee roasting market. If you are thinking about signing up I would highly recommend this class for someone new, or if you have been in the coffee roasting business for any period of time. MCR customer service and their tech team have always been top notch. I bought my roaster from them in 2016, and they continue to provide amazing service helping me keep my roaster up and running. I am hoping to upgrade soon, and it will for sure be an MCR roaster.
