Mill City did an excellent job cleaning our house. We initially hired them to service our carpets, and Carlos, the service technician, did an extensive job. He took the time to explain the treatment process, and the carpets turned out amazing and fresh! We were so impressed with the carpet cleaning that we decided to have them return for a deep cleaning of our entire house. With four kids and two dogs, we needed a thorough cleaning! I hired Mill City for a deep clean of my vacant loft and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results — especially considering I paid over $400 for the service. For a "deep clean," I expected thorough attention to detail. However, I still found food residue in the kitchen and other areas that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned nor addressed per my request. We have used Mill City Cleaning several times over the years for various house cleanings and have always been satisfied. Recently, we started doing regular scheduled cleanings once a month. It's been great. The cleaners do great work and it's always nice to come home to a clean house!
