very bad place to live the hallways stink the walls are paper thin and you can bet on this they will lie and say when you when you signed a one year lease 1 month is free. not true. one lady did her wash all day long and tied up the washers all day found out later she had her own laundry service. you were warned
This is the dirtiest most neglected building I have ever seen.The live in grounds keepers are the rudest people you could ever meet The floors and walls are like paper every sound comes through Carpets are in need of changing years ago with stains that are never cleaned. I can not believe the town of Parsippany has not fined them for health cod violations.
The environment is OK. However, the management and some neighbors are horrible. Also they have the worst soundproof wall and floor. Do think twice before you move into the aparment. You might end up not allow to do anything in the apt because they think that's called BANGING sound
