Stewart Property Management manages this apartment building. They are horrible, no preventive maintenance is done on the premises and when something needs repair a Band-Aid type repair is done usually incorrectly. They care more about keeping their rents than actually maintaining the place. The staff from the top down are an incredible bunch of liars and have no regard for tenants or their situations, they're only concern is MONEY. DO NOT RENT HERE!
There once was a 1920's building on the south end in the Town of Windsor. In the 1920's the building was considered a great place to live. Through the decades it descended into a derelict condition and it was rather sad. Then in the 2000's a new owner performed a rather expensive restoration rendering it to its former glory. Paying attention to the architectural details of its time as well as renovating it to 21st Century conveniences. A beautiful building. Affordable rent for the Upper Valley .
