Upon our move in the apartment was not completely clean. Paint splatter on the counter tops & microwave. We had a lot of water intrusion issues & the tile started coming up in the kitchen & bedroom. The gate was broken several times throughout our time here & on two occasions peoples cars were broken into. I also had issues processing online payments on several occasions so I ended up having to get money orders to pay our rent. This location does NOT have a deposit drop box either.
