I received top tier customer service from the day I viewed the apartment to the day I moved in. Rose and Michelle were very professional and pleasant. Michelle did my initial walk through and was able to successfully multitask and remain pleasant while handling arising issues. I spoke with Rose over the phone several times prior to moving in and every interaction with her was fantastic. Terrible and RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!! They basically only care about collecting the rent, mind you they have raised everyone's rent by $300 a month. God forbid something happens, AC is blowing HOT, or the stove is turned off but still heating up! They expect you to live in a hot apartment for a week or two until they will send someone to fix it!
