Beautiful store! Excellent selection of fabric, wallpaper & design service! Down to earth designers with your best interest at heart! Definitely a business that offers true “service”! Shaunda & her team are the best I’ve found in Knoxville!
I am not one to write reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a business in Knoxville. They made our 3 dining bench cushions incorrect sizes (they came and took the measurements themselves), which I understand mistakes happen - but they refused to fix them, tried to blame it on me (I was not even home when they measured), then tried to get me to pay another $1000 to fix time (on top of the $1600 I had already paid). The manager (mother of the owner) yelled at me on the phone to the point I was shaking, ... read more
