The one star goes for the beautiful venue space. Other then that, I did not have a great experience with them. After signing my contract with Mill1, I dealt with 4 different staff members, all of which were not on the same page. Though Beth was fine to work with, after presenting all my issues I had on my wedding day she "sympathized" with me however her responses were a blanket response and no real solutions were presented. Good staff
Completely unprofessional and unreliable! No call/no showed when we had a confirmed booking. Run away! We had scheduled and confirmed a tour of Mill 1 with Adrianna. We arrived at the agreed time and no one was there. After frantically calling/emailing, walking around empty offices, and talking with the adjacent salon staff to try to contact Adriana for a WHOLE HOUR she finally answered saying she was “sick.” She had no excuse for failing to even communicate that no one would be there or leaving us hanging after traveling 2 ... read more
Everything went so smoothly and Adrianna was so wonderful to work with! Everything was taken care of she did all of our decorations and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed! The venue itself was so beautiful and spacious and the bar staff was incredible! Our wedding day couldn’t have been more amazing!
We got married at Mill 1 on January 11th. It was a beautiful day and mill 1 is a beautiful venue, but we had serval concerns and would never recommend this place. Leading up to the wedding there were ongoing issues with the lights in the ceremony space. We were promised they would be there in September, then November, then December and they were not installed until the week of our wedding.
