I went in and made it clear I wanted it done right. I wanted a design everyone local gets their nails done there, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was impressed with the two ladies next to me, asking, "Are you okay? Do you want it cut?" They were assertive with their clients. I got crickets; no one ever asked me anything. I made an appointment on Monday for a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure. The polish on my nails has already completely chipped three days after my appointment. The technician I requested was running 15 minutes behind schedule and due to the fact I was at work, I settled for someone else. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have never had a worse experience with Nails chipping so quickly. I had such a wonderful experience at Milky Way Nails getting my mani/pedi for my wedding weekend. Ida was my nail technician and she was absolutely lovely! She listened to exactly what I was hoping for and truly exceeded my expectations!! Not only is she an amazing nail technician but she was a great person to talk to and get to know! This helped to ease my pre-wedding jitters! I would recommend Ida to anyone!!
THE BEST NAIL SPA HANDS DOWN!! Ida was amazing. My nails look amazing and she was just a great vibe. Absolutely loved her and will be her newest client. Every time I go they always do an amazing job in a timely fashion. The sweet girl at the front desk is baddie to and kills it always. Cannot recommend enough please give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!!!
