First off let me start by saying the customer service was incredible. Abbie was the main person who helped me and my gf through the entire process. From the metal to the diamond and cut to what style we were looking for abbie was on top of it. She was attentive and patient. We told her our budget and she found the perfect ring for our vision. Seriously this family run business is worth its weight in gold. Thank you for everything

Everyone at this place is welcome in my home! They’re wonderful people that listen and genuinely care. They offer informed advice and are incredibly knowledgeable. Every question was answered patiently (and there were plenty!) When we went in, she had a general idea and Burdett created an amazing ring. He suggested different stones and different settings.
