This studio is so welcoming. The care and compassion that I received at Milk Thistle far surpasses what I have received at other spas! Warm towel after warm towel, natural high quality products, relaxing sounds, warm sauna! For a small space they really have it all. I highly recommend Tara! I have not experienced the other healers. She remembers my name, I don’t get asked if I have been in before, she listens to requests and is respectful. I am pleasantly surprised and grateful I gave it a try!
I have been going to Tera for a massage for many years. She is a wonderful person. I love the atmosphere of MilkThistle and I always feel comfortable and relaxed even before my massage. I especially love getting into the sauna before my massage to loosen my muscles and warm me up!

I visited over this past weekend and had an incredible experience. Tucked away in a quaint house on N. 7th, it really is a boutique spa. Owned by the therapists themselves, their goal is your happiness. Since it is a small spa, there are only 2 clients at any given time, which makes the whole visit peaceful and personal.
