My friend and I went in to order ice cream, and from the first second we walked in the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude. We asked basic questions about what he recommended and he said he liked everything and gave us so much attitude. Then we both ordered, payed, and sat down to eat. I asked if I could get a water and he said “if you eat up” which I found very weird, and he also didn’t warn us that the portions would be massive. From taking the first steps in the worker at the front was rude. While still trying to be nice to him, he was mumbling unnecessary words under his “breath” which was clearly heard. Then when finally ordering, he tried to joke around about our order but was coming off disrespectful. Did NOT wash his hands once nor put on ANY gloves when dealing with the food. I had an Italian rainbow cookie with jam filled in it and let me say.. this was absolutely delicious I need to come down to Norwalk to get MORE!

First time visited and I wasn’t pleased. Place is spacious and conveniently located. The cookies were extremely sweet with not much flavor. The guy behind was nice but didn’t use no gloves, was handling cash and serving food without washing hands. Went inside of the ice cream bucket and served ice cream, hands touching the ice cream etc. There was limited options available, we only had 4 flavors to choose from, nothing that was on the menu that we wanted was there.
