I came to this spa after losing my pet of 15 years, using a birthday gift card to try and find some peace. The facility is beautiful—valet, waiting area, and locker rooms were all great—but the massage experience was incredibly disappointing. Got my first facial ever from Shade this weekend and it was a wonderful treatment! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and provided me a realistic, personally-concocted skincare regimen based on my skin type. The whole experience left me feeling very pampered and spoiled. Will absolutely be back!
I had a prenatal massage, every month for the last six months of my pregnancy with Ian. He has healing hands!!! He customized the service to my needs and I always left feeling so relaxed and cared for!
I've been to many spas as well as Milk + Honey's other locations in Austin. I wanted to leave this review because not only is everyone pleasant & professional at this location but there's a sense of care & taking the extra step to value their customers. I came in for an emergency acne targeting facial as I had a big acne flare up on my cheek and a wedding to attend in 1 week. I saw Shade and she was absolutely wonderful. She could see that this was just temporary and not deep under my skin so she was able to treat it properly to help get it cleared up in time. She helped me identify that my moisturizer was too thick and likely clogging my pores causing the breakout. It's been a week and my skin is looking infinitely better thanks to her!!!
