I went for a booked appt early morning on a wintery day and waited over an hour outside, in the cold. No one came. I called and rang the door bell multiple times. It was freezing. When I finally got a call from one of their managers, she was unapologetic and said the person I booked with is no longer at their spa..that was it. I had to ask for the refund to my friend who purchased a gift card for me and I did not receive an apology. I was not reimbursed for the parking I paid for which was over $20. Kate V. Is a phenomenal aesthetician! I highly recommend her! She is professional and super sweet, and she really knows her stuff! The spa facilities are beautiful and relaxing as well! Milk + Honey is my favorite!
I was nervous for my first facial (it was a gift card!) but everyone - from my specialist Katie to the super sweet welcome team. make sure you stick around for some extra time on the end to enjoy tea and snacks.
