I booked an appt about a month prior. About a week prior, they allegedly tried to text me about an appointment time change. They never confirmed that I received the text or was okay with the time change. No calls received from them. They attempted to charge me a no show fee when I showed up at the original reservation time.
Had a signature facial. It's my second time coming here and I love it. Staff is super friendly and professional. My esthetician Jillian had a wonderful bedside manner and was super professional and knowledgeable. Had a great experience!

The receptionist person very welcoming. Spa is clean and comfortable. My masseuse was efficient, patient and actually put me to sleep. Her hands were soft and actually tackle my stressful area in my body. I am extremely happy with the treatment and care which I received.
