I do not normally post negative reviews, but I need to warn others - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, this "spa" has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They completely ruined my birthday. I tried to arrange a birthday spa morning with two friends here and wanted to try a new spa in Chicago. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here for over a year and I must say I am obsessed! Every single aesthetician that has done my brows has been talented and professional - I have always walked out with excellent results. I do want to give Luvly a shout out, as she consistently provides the most relaxing experience as well as taking her time to ensure perfection every time.
This place is a gem in Chicago. Ask for Cindy if your focus is pain relief or relaxation. She is extremely knowledgeable in her practice and great at targeting exactly what you need. My experience was truly unique, I came in with substantial lower back pain from a recent injury and left feeling 1000 times better. If I could I would hire Cindy full time!!
