Fantastic massage, beautiful ennvironment, and very accommodating staff. I just wanted to stay forever!
My service felt rushed, and there wasn’t much communication about what was happening or what to expect. For a spa that markets itself as luxury, the small details were surprisingly inconsistent — from the lukewarm tea to the treatment room that didn’t feel fully prepped. The staff were polite, but the overall flow just felt off, like everyone was trying to catch up. For the cost, I expected a smoother, more relaxing experience. Pretty space, but the execution didn’t match the price tag.
I just got a massage here from James and the front desk staff - and he - were great. The rest area is also lovely with tea and light snacks and a great quote book including this that will sit with me!

Yes. Absolutely. Booking an Orthopedic Massage with Cameron was probably the highlight of my week if not month. She feels your body like no other masseuse I have ever had a massage from. She is so inspiring to talk to but also lets you relax with silence if you prefer it. She understands your vibe and your body’s vibe and difficulty areas in a second. I left like a new person.
