I want to start by saying I am not discrediting the stylists in any way. If anything, I highly recommend Tasmyn. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. My concern is not with the quality of service but with how I was treated when speaking to the manager. When I called, I first spoke with a young lady who was very polite and helpful. However, when the manager got on the phone, the tone changed. I simply asked if I could pay by check, knowing that hair appointments can be expensive.
