Horrible. A lady was here for A WHOLE HOUR waiting for her food and they forgot about it. I ordered hot chocolate, waited 20 minutes only to be told that there was no more hot chocolate. Do not understand how a place that’s not busy at all can be very disoriented. Don’t understand how a lady THAT ORDERED 3 PEOPLE AFTER ME got her things prior of noticing there was no chocolate. MULTIPLE dead flies all over floors and counters too. Do not recommend.
Do not recommend. A woman waited 55 minutes for her coffee only to find out her ticket never printed. My iced Milk & Honey Latte had no honey and tasted like straight milk, while my spouse’s hot one was overly sweet. My sister waited 15 minutes for a hot chocolate before they finally told her they were out. Very disorganized service and inconsistent drinks. Don’t waste your time.
I will not be back. Ordered ahead 25 min prior to pick up and b/c of their inefficiency I am still waiting in line another 15 when I arrive to pick up my breakfast burrito that was ready and just sitting on the counter in the back. I’ve mentioned this politely to the staff and manager several times and yet they do nothing about it. Delicious burritos and and coffee and a plethora of options to pick from, friendly staff
We just left after having our first breakfast here. Specialty drinks can be hit or miss at placed like this, but their french toast shaken espresso hit! The acai bowl was really good and my husband loved the breakfast wrap! Staff were very friendly.
