I wasn’t sure what to expect as I was not familiar with a “hair spa”! Now that I’ve experienced it, I cannot wait to go back! The hair treatment, massage, and knowledge of the staff was top notch. I went in hoping to figure out why my scalp and hair was so dry despite the products I was using. I was really excited to try this scalp massage service, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The pressure was inconsistent, parts of the service felt rushed, and I didn’t leave feeling relaxed or refreshed. I also expected a more calming and professional experience overall. She was rough, and for the price, I was hoping for much better attention to detail .
