They came and picked up my car from work and dropped it off - vacuumed the carpets and it smelt so fresh and clean after the oil change - thank you so much! Very reasonable! I appreciate great service and making it convenient for your customers
Truck broke down in Fairmont Dropped it off on a Sun Called Mon am & they got it right in to assess. Got new water pump (covered by warranty) & got truck back following Sat. Great customer service from Duane & Trana in the office was a complete delight to deal with! 👌
Drove by on my way to the hospital to see family member- I passed the dealership and saw one of the new Chargers out front. I decided to stop by on my way back. I parked my beautiful Sinamon Stick Dodge Charger right out front and spent several minutes looking over the car. No one came out to greet me. No one offered to open it up for me. No one asked if I was trading my Charger off. Back in my sales day- that would have been a slam dunk deal! Got back in my car and left.
My Job gave me a little RAM ProMaster city to drive around in a few months ago. They only had one key for the thing. Figured I had better get a spare key, as I lost one for the last van once... So I go to the locksmith who then says I have to go to the dealer. Apparently a few Stellantis vehicles have to get a factory key that lines up with a VIN or whatever. So I call Milletello.
