Bradley Smith was our agent. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. We live out of state and Brad was always accessible by phone, text or email. He was helpful with all our questions, and is very knowledgeable. He is very patient and would highly recommend him. .
The experience was overall good but not great. The initial experience with the agent was excellent because she was flexible and scheduled all the showing appointments I requested. She was pleasant and took the time to show me the properties. Once we got to the negotiations of an offer, she was not too versed in that area and when I cancelled my first offer, due to an inspection item I wasn't happy with, she wasn't too happy and tried to convince me that I should move forward and at the end told me that this wasn't too good f... read more

I would recommend her and the MVT team to my mother!!! McKenna and Larry were amazing! I live out of state and they sold a house for me with nightmare tenants and repairs. McKenna kept a positive attitude the whole time and handled everything professionally. They also got me asking price in a buyers market.
