When I first started my journey to VA, I came across this company. I found a house that wasn’t in great shape but was the size I needed, had a great fenced yard in a cute neighborhood. I lived in 783 A Marvin ave a duplex for 21 years .. On Nov1st 2023 I got a notice that I had 30 days to get out ! They have not done a devilish thing to it since then ! This duplex has no heat , no air ,
The absolute worst humans. All the reviews are true. Instructions on getting out of a lease: 1. Hand deliver a written notice from you to their office stating all the laws they have broken (if there’s mold/safety hazards/etc) and that you want to terminate lease WITHOUT prejudice towards you and want your full deposit/rent back or you will file a claim against them.
