Highly recommend this company for a rental company! My little family has been with one of their rentals for little over 3 years they are amazing company! they were very on top of maintenance request and when our ac unit went out they definitely was on top on trying to get us a temporary ac unit for the summer time. There is no complaints at all! high recommend Brittany ( property manager ) She is overall a very kind person! If you are wondering who to rent from this is your company!
They tried keeping our security deposit for things that weren't on the lease. We had to take them to small claims court for it. We won and put a lien on their house and are still waiting for the money. Oh, and they do zero maintenance on the property. The porch steps broke while my husband was on them.
