TERRIBLE experience! 0/10 do not recommend buying a vehicle through them.
Will not honor their promises. I worked with MAS through Okinawa and had delivery scheduled for when I get to my new duty station. Long story short, they botched up submitting the paperwork and the car came in a month late during which time I had to pay rental cars out of pocket. I’m now over 3k in the hole with no reimbursement. I would recommend getting your car literally anywhere else because it will be cheaper and faster in the long run as opposed to letting MAS scam yo.
Not impressed by the service and I would recommend you go through a dealer. My delivery got botched, promises were oversold and under delivered. I'm home from deployment and my vehicle is still slated to be delivered a month from now. The only reason it got moving is because I was proactive and kept poking to get things headed in the right direction. I would think long and hard before ever ordering a vehicle with them. The ordering process is pretty easy I didn’t have any serious issues there but when it came time to take delivery of the vehicle a recall for my vehicle came out. The way they have handled this situation especially being a company for military families is extremely unsat and unprofessional. I didn’t know much about MAS and its benefits until Daniel explained everything! Daniel guided me throughout the whole process from looking, choosing, and customizing my car, to the paperwork, and all the way up to delivery of the car itself back stateside. He made the process easy to understand and was very flexible in working with me to ensure everything was in order. I definitely recommend MAS.
