I would think long and hard before ever ordering a vehicle with them. The ordering process is pretty easy I didn’t have any serious issues there but when it came time to take delivery of the vehicle a recall for my vehicle came out. The way they have handled this situation especially being a company for military families is extremely unsat and unprofessional. I didn’t know much about MAS and its benefits until Daniel explained everything! Daniel guided me throughout the whole process from looking, choosing, and customizing my car, to the paperwork, and all the way up to delivery of the car itself back stateside. He made the process easy to understand and was very flexible in working with me to ensure everything was in order. I definitely recommend MAS.
Terrible experience! The description of the car was wrong! The documentation provided clearly stated that sensors were present on the car…guess what they were not. After weeks of follow up, I pretty much was told that that I was lying (even though it was in THEIR description) and my sales guy pretty much gave up…absolutely useless and worst car buying experience!! I was really hoping to have a great experience buying from them, but unfortunately it turned out to be a bit of a train wreck. The purchasing process was absolutely great, but unfortunately when it came time to take delivery of my new vehicle I was without a vehicle for a number of days after my preferred pickup date for the delivery team to send the appropriate paperwork to the dealer to finally release my vehicle to me. Initial Build, Purchase, and Flexibility: In MAS Netherlands, Steven was an absolute gem and quick problem solver with me purchasing 2 vehicles in the last 2 years.
