This company does not do good work and will not finish the job if you pay them ahead of time. I had renovations done to my home and there were a few small items to finish. I went ahead and paid him for the job, as he said he would be back to finish and never came back. They take short cuts and no quality in their work! I also know he has done this to other clients.
