Great service! Seriously nice workers. Food is terrible though. Genuinely bad sandwich.
The East Campus Mall location has gone significantly downhill over the past few months. I really appreciated the previous manager, who was always friendly, remembered regular customers, and consistently ensured high-quality sandwiches. Recently, it seems there may be new management, and the food quality has noticeably declined. $5.99 Sandwich of the Month has been incredibly clutch in these cold winter months. Excellent staff! Excellent environment!
1. Open hours should be clearly posted on door. 2. Open hours should match what's on the website. 3. Open hours keep getting shorter and shorter, aren't they? 4. Nobody likes to find a place unexpectedly closed. 5. Every other sub eatery in town can afford to be open on Saturday, why can't you?
