Stephanie has been amazing with my hair! She is always honest about what can and can’t be achieved and takes in to consideration your hair health and volume. She understands blondes and how to achieve the desired tone more than most. I highly recommend her :)
I visited this salon for the second time to get my hair braided. The first time, they didn’t have the right gel for braiding or enough time for my desired style, so they did a simpler one, promising to do the style I wanted next time. Today, I called at 12 PM and booked a 2:30 PM appointment. After arriving and waiting for 30 minutes, they told me they didn’t have time for my chosen style and that it required a two-hour booking.
