The front desk clerk (a black woman) is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, understanding, clean, and prioritizes the patient's needs above all else. Despite not having an appointment, I called and explained the situation, and she managed to fit me in. Upon arrival, I realized she's not just a receptionist; she's also a technician specialist and an insurance specialist as during my visit I witnessed the other workers went to her for assistance. I agree with the previous reviewer. The front desk staff is not the friendliest. The Doctor is good and does a thorough examination. However, she has no respect for patient's time. Even when you show up 10 minutes before the appointment, you are made to wait for an hour. This is not an exception. I have experienced this on three visits.
My 11 years old daughter didn’t get the chance to see the doctor because we have been treated very bad by the reception clark. She ordered my 11 years old daughter to open her eyes on the machine in a harsh way. I went to stand near my daughter. She ordered me “GO SIT ON THE CHAIR” I said I want to stand by my daughter. She yelled at my daughter “ GO SIT ON THE WAITING CHAIR”. And she let another client in. She doesn’t wear a name tag, so I asked her what’s your name.
