It would be better if management would enforce rules about litter and residents picking up after their pets. Dozens of piles of dog feces near and sometimes even on sidewalks. The staff is great from what I can remember but the people that live here OMG it's either nice old people or single mothers with nine children with almost no in between The rent rates weren't half bad so there's that and the maintenance guys were usually ASAP getting stuff done. If i had to move back here I would. I've heard they've done some upgrades so it's worth a shot
