RecommendedTook our FIV+ kitty in for a cough and check up. They are amazing. Dr. Waples answered all my questions thoroughly, they treated my sweet girl like she was their own. They gave her treats and took time to play with her (now she likes the vet we think). I have never been to a vet where they weren’t rushed and this was amazing.

Starting going to MVH when we got our girl in Dec 2014 and had to switch vets this past Fall 2018 since they weren’t addressing any of our concerns about our dog. They were pushing an anti anxiety medication that didn’t work for our girl during appointments and didn’t give us another option until we were already deciding to switch vets. My husband and I are both at every appointment helping the vet and/or technicians with a muzzle and they still wanted to medicate her. They cancelled my son’s continuing treatment for his dog after spending many hundreds of dollars on his dog’s well being. The arrogance of this hospital is they say they are always open but the don’t open until 7:30 on Saturday’s. When emergency care was needed a regional 24 hour vet service an hour’s drive was a welcoming site upon arrival for emergency care. Recommendedi just can't praise them enough. Dr Donell is my favorite however I have no hesitation with anyone as the care is beyond excellent. Our Pug Chance was in there care for his final years. After four minths we adopted another Golden Retriever Delta. There was no question where we eere and are going.
