Customer service is outstanding. If you’re looking for honest service, look no further. I live in Northbridge and Tommy came to my house to see what was wrong with my car. They are so good to all their customers!

Everyone was so nice. Went in with what I thought was a flat or slow leak.They checked and couldn't find anything wrong , but the tire pressures were under the recommended psi. They checked and filled all 4 tires to the proper psi and told me to drive it around for a bit before checking to see if psi drops and if it did to swing back by. I went to pay and they told me there was no charge. Now that is what you call customer service. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Just want to say that Tommy at Milford Tires was fantastic. I pulled in with a slow leak right before he was closing and when I asked for some air to fill it so I could get home...he said nope let me fix it right now. He did within a few minutes and then checked all my other tires and even banged out a dent in one of my rims. Awesome service! Thank you, Tommy, for going above and beyond. A family-owned business that deserves a huge shout out! Thanks again!

Last minute emergency after hitting a pot hole. A quick change of a tire turned into much more damage and a much bigger job. They were prompt, knowledgeable and priced very fair.
