*EDIT* I am removing a star -- In my opinion, this facility and Mass General Brigham have deceptive marketing and predatory billing. It has been more than 8 months single my single visit to this place, I have received ANOTHER bill for over $400. My advice, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS URGENT CARE. Clean, fast check in. Awesome nurses and facility
Slipped on ice on 12/3, so went in because my wrist hurt. They clumsily wrapped it with an ace bandage that easily came undone within a day. Ended up just going to CVS and buying an actual brace for $30. Got a bill in the mail today for $1,500. Criminal. Unfortunately no option for zero stars.
I went there for a cat bite that seemed like it might get infected. The waiting time was minimal, and the care was excellent. But their billing was obscenely predatory. See screenshot of invoice. Even though I live in Medway, I'll go to back to Natick Urgent Care in the future; it's just as good, and their billing is reasonable.
Firstly, I want to say that my review has nothing to do with the actual people who work there and who assisted me -- They were wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them. However, I will never set foot in this urgent care again, nor any other Regional Urgent Care clinic. I went here right after it newly opened because I was in excruciating pain and this was the closest Urgent Care.
