Do not go here if you’d like to use your insurance properly!!! I visited while home for Christmas this year and will never be going back. Although “Urgent Care” is literally in their name, they refused to bill my insurance as urgent care. Instead, they opted to list this as an office visit. I signed up to go to urgent care, and was expecting to pay my urgent care copay. Since they billed this as an office visit, my insurance billed me 33% higher. I received excellent care by Nicole and Rachel - 45 minutes in and out. Very clean and modern office.
*EDIT* I am removing a star -- In my opinion, this facility and Mass General Brigham have deceptive marketing and predatory billing. It has been more than 8 months since my single visit to this place, I have received ANOTHER bill for over $400. My advice, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS URGENT CARE.
