I had a scheduled sleep study that would require me to be there for 24 hours. I was told a few weeks later my appointment I waited months for, was cancelled. I had to call and ask why it was cancelled. They told me initially my insurance wants the referral on hold until the new year. I kept trying to call after the new year and couldn’t get connected to someone and the line kept coming back busy. The staff very nice. They are very gentle when setting you up for the sleep study. The room very clean. It's like a hotel room . The bed very uncomfortable. Lord was that bed uncomfortable bad enough I had all them wires connected but it was necessary to get the test done. I got woken up just in time. The noise from the gym downstairs was just starting.I would highly recommend them. .Just bring a thick comforter to put on the bed before you lay down.

Wonderful staff. Incredibly friendly. I'm greatful for their help. My only complaint is it can be a noisy facility, with a gym on one side and a jazzercize studio on the other. The gym stops a bit after 10, and the music starts at 5 am. Just be prepared for it. It can get a little loud and thumpy from people working out. The beds are also somewhat uncomfortable, but then again it's not a 5 star hotel. Great people tho!

Very helpful, they were booking long out and they worked around the schedule and found a quick time slot to get my wife in and fitted up with the equipment. Friendly and helpful!
