I no this won't go anywhere. But sending someone into MAJOR surgery with NOBODY to keep her company or wake up all along. Yes this is a bad time.But to me it's no different then NURSES TECHNIONS DOCTORS going home to see families stop at MARKETS then come back to work. How would you feel being alone at that time.Even care fair to bad when they got back to there room. HOSPITAL is not busy had to make a call to get this person some attention. ☆

I went today for blood tests and was nervous but I have to say the lab employees were amazing!!! Always cleaning . Every couple of minutes going around cleaning doors, handles, counters , everywhere! Thank you for keeping us safe and hoping everyone there stays safe!!!

The staff is extremely helpful. Thank you Mary for helping to get me ready for my hip replacement. Also Linda and the other young lady who got me going on exercises when I arrived early. You are an amazing team. I expect to be back in due time after surgery.

I went to the ER in December as I was having chest pains. I just got a $568 invoice for the Dr I saw for about 10-15 minutes because he is out of network. I wasn’t told he was out of network so why should I be responsible for this bill? The hospital is in network and all of their Dr’s should be in network as well. I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to.

Just sending and amazing thank you to the outstanding care from so many knowledgeable nurses and Doctors I received this week I wish I could thank each and everyone of you personally but alas I can’t so Thank you from the bottom of my heart < no matter how screwed up it is , lol>to everyone THANK YOU!!!

I was in the surgicenter Tues to Thurs of this week for a hip replacement by Dr. Susan Barrett. The care and concern provided by all was amazing! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

From the ER nurse Jessica, to my nurses Karen and Molly, to the CNA's Stephanie and Pam the care was great. All were very kind and caring. My two doctors, Dr. Sun and Dr. Safaie-Semnani were there every step of the way. Even Taylor in the cafeteria was calling me re: my yummy liquid diet. Finally I was able to eat and the food was great. My room was very clean. KUDO's to you all and I would recommend Milford Regtional Medical Center.

May 2018 I went the the ER with ripping chest pain. After 4-5 hours of the wrong tests, and basically ignoring my sky high blood pressure, they sent me home and said it was probably stress. 5 weeks later, I was diagnosed with a type A aortic dissection. Which is often fatal, especially when misdiagnosed. (Think John Ritter) By the grace of god, I’m still here. Thanks to the staff of Brigham & Women’s.
