Over 6½ hours in the E.R. waiting room and no service. In all my life I've never seen this before. Not sure I'd come back here.

I brought my mom there today at 2 pm. At 7 pm they called to tell me she hadn’t been seen yet and she wanted to come home. She has a blockage in her stomach which is severe. They know this not the first time she’s been there. Couldn’t give her a time when she would be seen. The treatment of my mom was wrong. She should have been seen when I first got her there. This hospital is a disappointment. They say the VA care is bad, try this place! My husband has received 5 ⭐️ service at the VA. It is very discouraging and disappointing the level of non communication and meeting the needs of their patients. How about listen and they’ll tell you what works for them, don’t play God, you’re clearly not.

ICU staff extremely rude to family memebers. This is the 4th admission in 1 month. Get it together!!!!

I just want to say I had back surgery today and wanted to thank all my care team. As an RN myself, I know its great to hear good things. My nurses were wonderful, special thanks to Rebecca (spelling might be different) who was my first recovery RN and was wonderful to me, my pain was managed perfectly and I felt safe. Anesthesia team was great, my usual post-op nausea managed well. Dr. Zannikos was awesome. Barbara was my same day RN, thank you. ❤️

Extremely helpful with my wife’s labor all the nurses and doctors throughout the night were amazing except for how rude and unprofessional RN Michelle C. spoke to me, super disrespectful and not supportive of new fathers. Word for word this woman said to me “I tend to not care about the fathers lack of sleep needs” This woman needs a re-training at the very LEAST ASAP.
Misdiagnosed and treated too quickly. Doctor dismissed my pain levels (as if I was drug seeking or something) and did not listen to what happened to me. She clearly just wanted me out and wanted the bed. It could have been just this one doctor but honestly this was such a huge miss and has had such a major impact on my life that I am just really disappointed that Milford Regional would allow this type of patient care. I had never been to Milford Regional, but needed to have emergency gall bladder surgery this weekend. I can’t say enough about this wonderful hospital. From the security man who fetched me a wheelchair as I tried to step out of the car, to the folks in the emergency room, CAT scan, MRI, Ultrasound, surgery, and 5 th floors nurses and aids, I was treated kindly with the utmost care and respect.
