All I can say is one star should be specific enough. Superior Attitude, and in my experience they even gave my primary care physician an Attitude on the phone, The people at the reception desk in imaging , told me after I sat about 30mins, to get a simple chest xray ,that was ordered by my Doctor , the paper work was wrong, I called my doctor on my cell phone, they challenged the orthenticity of the person on the phone , and told me to come back the next day after receiving another fax from my doctor. Rude nurses waiting in pain unattended to in the hallway while im looking at empty rooms told to be quiet even though pain scale was around 8 out of 10 the care here is terrible lots of fake caring I hope to never need this placeever again
