We’ve been here for 3 hours with my wife having been told by the wait could be 4 hours. In the meantime it appears hang nails are taken ahead of us. She has a kidney issue. Not great care!!! I wonder how much longer we’re talking about?
Unfortunately I had the great experience of having Food Poisoning for the first time in my life and it was truly scary. Was brought here by ambulance and if anyone was wondering no I wasn’t seen lmfao. The Nurse called us back for a room while another one stopped him told me to sit back down and proceeded to call others back for rooms. I’m not the one to complain but when I’m in severe pain I expected a little more compassion but I guess I was wrong. This place is scary bad..
Absolutely would give zero stars.. Negative stars.. If it was possible. I work in the medical field and I worked in a hospital before. I worked in a hospital that was struggling to be better. And eventually it did Get better because of its efforts. Milford is a hospital that sucks and doesn't even seem to care. They only struggle to defend their poor decisions. Had two recent experiences here with family. Both times seen more quickly than other ERs I have been to. Both times most staff were super friendly. Drove extra 20 minutes to not have to go to Worcester site which while good are often much more crowded and wait time much longer. Both visits tho Hi were during daytime hours
