If I could give this poor excuse of an hospital zero stars I would. Making my pregnant wife that has history of preclampsia and other health issues sit there for over 3 hours as her lips are turning purple and her fingers as well. She also has a brain aneurism and a severe migraine and they just let her sit there in a wheelchair and give her blankets. Then they see everyone else but her. How this place can be called an emergency room let alone a hospital is the most absurd thing I've ever seen in my life.
I arrived at the emergency room around 2:00 a.m. experiencing severe kidney pain and nausea. It took nearly two hours just to be seen for triage. I informed the staff that my pain level was a 10 out of 10. After waiting for several more hours without receiving medical attention, and still seeing many people ahead of me waiting to be treated, I ended up going back home around 7:00 a.m. without being seen by a doctor. This ER is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Staff are completely insensitive and have ZERO sense of urgency. It is a leadership failure from the top down to the folks on the floor. I’m sure some of the staff are nice people but as a whole it is a very very poorly managed organization. The wait time took FOREVER for every little thing and they’re not even busy. They kept making excuses of why it’s taking so long then when you push a little suddenly things gets done instantly. Definitely don’t go there!
When I saw the other reviews, I thought it was going to be bad, but all the staff were amazing, truly all of them and I talked to about seven people, especially the overnight staff from 2 to 5 am on Monday after the Super Bowl. Especially the nurse who draws blood and has a son who loves Lady Gaga, she is veryyyyyy kind!! My wait really was long, I arrived at 6 pm and only went inside at 2 am, because they were waiting for a room to become available since it was something more complex with a lot of tests.
