The doctor was horrible. I came in concerned for my daughter’s possible concussion and the doctor completely dismissed it. She did not perform a neuro exam, didn’t even touch or examine my daughter besides looking barley at her teeth, was confused at why I was so worried about a concussion and said “I don’t think she has a concussion but she did hit hard enough to knock three teeth loose” the complete lack of concern for the possibility of concussion and not even completing a basic neuro exam is negligent. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any health care facility. If you are having an actual emergency, do not come here because you will probably die. Waited 6 hours in the ER while my finger is ripped open and bleeding. Nursing staff was rude when asked what was taking so long. I called another hospital and left because it was taking so long and I really needed stitches. What a joke of a place, will never go back.

Growing gray hairs in the waiting room. We have watch patients come in after us and get a room before us. Next time I’ll make sure I’m on the verge of death before coming back.

Even if there is no one waiting, this LAZY, SLOW ER staff will keep you waiting for hours, regardless of what's wrong with you. Completely uncaring. I agree with other reviewers that this emergency room needs to be investigated. Clearly, the talent ring was tiny when they were hiring.
