Took my sick mom with an appointment said we were late when we weren’t and wouldn’t take my sick mom in when she clearly needed , very rude workers , good for nothing do not go , very disrespectful as well
My experience has been a nightmare. The office staff had me wait for over 30 minutes because they didn't get the online sign-in information. I was sitting right there, and no one said a word to me. I then went for a pre-surgical physical and was told they did not receive any paperwork for blood and X-ray. It was sent a full month before the appointment. Now, I am waiting on hold, 20 minutes and counting, to get a fax number. Horrible service, inferior treatment, and the least of their priorities is the patient.
Yes very professional nice don’t wait long time
They charged me $60 for a Covid test I never asked to have. I have gotten Covid tests at other offices in the area and wasn’t charged a dime. The office took zero accountability. Do not recommend.
Having Shelly as my doctor has been life changing. She is truly an advocate for her patients and takes their concerns very seriously! I am so happy I ended up at this practice.
