My pets LOVE Dr. McGee I have been taking my pets to Dr. McGee at Milford Animal since 1999. He is a wonderful vet, and a true animal lover. My pets adore him! What better testament to his skill and caring than that my animals are HAPPY to visit the vet's office. He's just the best - in bedside manner, care and compassion
love them I've been here numerous times and they're very friendly and helpful and every doctor I've seen has been super nice and sweet to my cats. They may be a little more expensive than other vets but in this instance I feel you pay what you get. Plus i have a friend who have a number of pets and they've always worked with her on the pricing if need be and have always been very sensitive to her needs.
Where do I start There is only 1 friendly dr here, Dr. McGee. Others have terrible bedside manners. I had a cat with a urinary blockage, they told me they didnt have an appointment for a week! My cat was blocked up and they wanted me to wait a week! Luckily I know the seriousness of it and took him to the ER. Another dr told me my cat who was diagnosed with a heart disease, would die suddenly in a few months - that was 3 years ago! I'll never go here again.
Would Not Go Back We brought a stray kitten in a few years ago. Nothing bad happened except the high bill and impersonal service. The office is too busy, and this is the kind of place that charges $200+ for every little thing and wants you to come back several times. They called me over & over, leaving messages for a year when I didn't go back. Maybe I should have explained that we didn't want to use them, but their follow-up calls became a nuisance.
