Avoid Dr. Coutinho at all costs. Twice she has hung up on me when she was the on-call physician even when I was in labor. Once I was admitted to the hospital, the first thing she said was to ask me was when I was getting an epidural, in hopes of pressuring me into one. Later, the nurses had to warn me she was coming down the hall and that they stood behind me and my birth plan. Thankfully there was a shift change and Dr. Coutinho DID NOT deliver my baby.

Sharon Gingsberg is an angel on earth! I have a history of medical trauma and arrived at her office with a lot of anxiety. She was so kind and considerate. This was the most validating and positive medical appointment I've ever had in my life!

I was having some pelvic pain and decided to get an external ultrasound due to my history of PCOS. They gave me an appointment, but apparently run their ultrasounds through "an outside service" (?), meaning that two different times would be listed on my appointment: the ultrasound itself, then a post-ultrasound discussion with the doctor. Never once did they tell me any of these things before I booked the appointment, so the day of the appointment I arrived late, assuming the original time was a mistake on my end. I have been going to Dr.Coutinho for quite a bit of time and love her and her staff. I have always had routine exams and have referred may people to her who all equally love her. My last appointment I had concerns about my health and how I was feeling and was embarrassed to admit it( A.K.A.. IM OLD!) She made me feel so comfortable and listened to me without judging me. The ultrasound hurt, I looked it up and it’s not supposed to hurt. Then when I got back on the table after I fully took my pants off the ultrasound technician refused to hold down the table (like she did before) as it almost flipped on me. She said and I quote, “I’m sorry I can’t help you”. Then, she tries to send me away before my actual appointment and tells me to checkout which confuses me. Their scale kept acting up on me.
